Caleb Ward
The middle child of the three siblings. The three were orphaned at a young age by an act of treachery and brutality. Each reacted differently to the loss; Caleb turned to excess. The works of Byron had a freeing and corrosive influence on him, and if Lucy had not been the matron that she was, Caleb might have done some truly terrible things. Since then, what was once simply an appetite for mayhem has been honed into an appetite for vengeance. For the last several years, that goal has consumed him, and he knows it. Some days, he even wonders if it is for the sake of justice, or so he can finally leave the shadow of his parents' death. But he is a fighter, not a philosopher.
